Photopiece is a photography class that invites teenagers
to get in touch with the stories they have to tell, and
encourages them to do so through  images. 

Using classroom exercises, museum field trips, and
interviews with working photographers, photopiece
seeks to expose students to the many different kinds of
photography. 

Focus is placed not on technology, but rather on visual
storytelling, giving students a new language to express
their stories and their world.

Each program culminates in a professional exhibition of
the students' work.
